Notes:
- Never introduce more than 1 food at a time when introducing solids to your baby.
- Check for allergy symptoms when you introducing new food to your baby and stop feeding if you find any symptoms.
- If your baby is allergic to any specific ingredient, remove it from the recipe.
- Please make sure to use nuts in powdered form as whole nuts even chunky bits pose a choking hazard.
- If the recipe calls for more ghee and jaggery, it's always better to consume in moderation for small babies.
- Always check with your pediatrician before introducing any new food.
- Sugar, salt and honey are not recommended until 1 year of age.
- Skip cows milk if your baby is under a year old and use breastmilk or formula instead. Add breastmilk or formula to baby food once it's cooled down.
