15 Milk flavors for Toddlers and Kids

Homemade Flavoured Milk for Toddlers and Kids - Many parents are concerned about their children who don't like milk. We all know that milk is the best source of calcium, an essential mineral for proper growth and bone formation in children. One cup (8 oz./ 236.5 milliliters ) of milk has about 300 mg of calcium. It's also rich in protein, Vitamin D, and other essential nutrients.

But what to do when your child won't drink milk or doesn't like the taste of plain milk? Here is a collection of homemade, tasty, and healthy flavored milk recipes. These flavored milk recipes taste better than plain milk, making milk more appealing with additional nutritional value. I'm sure these options are a better alternative for commercially produced, artificially flavored, colored, and preservative-loaded milk available in the market.

Click on each image or the link of the recipe heading given for the methods. Please refer to the notes section provided at the end of the post for the key points to remember before offering flavored milk to your child.
