    Poha Oats Powder Recipe

    Notes :

    • Choose thin poha and quick cooking oats if you are planning to use this mix for instant porridge. Also, make sure to roast it well!
    • This poha oats powder keeps well for a month if handled correctly.
    • Sieve the powder well to get a fine powder.
    • Grind the nuts separately if you don't have a powerful mixer at home. While grinding nuts, don't run the mixie for more than 10 seconds at a time otherwise the nuts may leave oil, and the mixture becomes moisturized.
    • Make sure to introduce each ingredient separately before you try this poha oats cereal to your baby.
    • Generally, poha or oats doesn't cause any allergies, but check for symptoms and stop feeding your baby if you find any.
    • The same recipe can be prepared with white poha too.
    • Always check with your pediatrician before introducing any new food.
