- Never introduce more than 1 food at a time when introducing solids to your baby.
- Check for allergy symptoms when introducing new food to your baby, and stop feeding your baby if you find any symptoms.
- Remove it from the recipe if your baby is allergic to any specific ingredient.
- If the recipe calls for more spices, adjust it according to your baby's age and preference.
- Always check with your pediatrician before introducing any new food.
- Sugar, salt, cow's milk, and honey are not recommended until 1 year of age.

yes you can go ahead if your doctor recommends so. Start with a small amount of milk and then gradually increase it. Also make sure to boil well

Don't worry it might be a temporary phase like one year growth spurt or teething. If baby is active , there is nothing to worry about. Just keep offering some liquid based foods to keep the baby hydrated. Eg: breastmilk/formula, soups or porridges etc. Baby will be back to routine soon in one or two weeks
