Hi
I have been following your recipes for my one year old for couple of months and they are very helpful. My lo likes oats a lot and sometimes I feed him oats in form of upma during dinner. My mother in law says oats will make kid skinny and is not sufficient for the kid. Is it true? Also can I feed quinoa for dinner?
Thanks
Kalyani
Oats won't lead to weight loss if given with dairy, nuts, or proteins. and yes you can feed quinoa for dinner
