Hi, the recipe looks very yummy and easy to make. I have a doubt.this is mentioned under iron rich food for babies. And you have mentioned not giving milk between iron foods as it wud stop body from absorbing iron. This recipe has milk. Will that not affect iron absorption. Sorry please pardon me if my understanding is wrong.

Yes, milk hinders iron absorption. In oats egg omelet recipe, milk quantity used is very less and can be replaced with water if taken for iron absorption.

      Hi Kalyani,
When I go through the recipe album it says suitable for 8 months+ but in the description it says 1 year. Can i make this for my 9 month old? Thank you.
