Hi dear ! Thanks for the amazing recipe!! I tried it today and my little one loved them . But I had a few qs plz. Cooking time I am little confused about - I cooked them more than 5 mins approx on each side Bc I felt they would be raw otherwise . They were very soft so I couldn’t tell if they are cooked or not that’s why cooked them longer . Can you plz advise how we can check if they are done ? Also , can we substitute regular milk with coconut milk ?

Turn the pancakes only when bubbles start to appear on one side, the other side may take 1-2 minutes. Always keep the flame low to medium. And am not sure about coconut milk, but you can try with buttermilk or water instead of milk.
