Tomato rasam is a South Indian style tomato soup recipe, best for babies when they catch a cold and cough. It makes easier digestion and ensures speedy recovery when they are sick. It does not only soothe the stomach but also tastes super good. This tomato rasam can be given to babies of age 8 months plus and toddlers.
I make this tomato rasam to my baby at lunch weekly thrice and whenever she is bored of this moong dal khichadi and spinach rice. You can feed this tomato rasam as a soup at mid-morning 11 am or mix this with well-mashed rice and feed as lunch. It's purely your preference. Here is how to make the tomato rasam recipe for babies and kids.
