    Notes :

    • Add more oil to coat the sweet potato wedges if it is not sufficient.
    • Baking time depend on sweet potato size and thickness. If you use one large sweet potato for about 20 minutes, it may take in the oven. Smaller sweet potato might take less time than that. So keep an eye after 10 minutes to avoid burning.
    • You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice while serving for a tangy flavor.
    • Baking time depends on the oven temperature.
    • Cut the sweet potatoes evenly so that all gets cooked evenly.
    • You can also use regular cooking oil instead of olive oil.
    • Adjust spiciness as per your preference.
    • Always check with your pediatrician before introducing any new food.

I usually do follow your recipes for my baby food... and i like thm a lot but this recipe is a big disaster and i u necessarily wasted my sweet potatoes by blindly believing you. I dont know whether your oven is too old or very less efficient but within 15min my sweetpotatoes were burnt completely to charcoal. Please change the oven time to 10-20 min and need to check in between so that it wont happen to others. Sry

It’s unfortunate that it didn't turn out well for you. I use a gas oven, and it worked well as you see in the pictures. However, the temperature settings differ from oven to oven. Thanks for letting me know, and I have added a few pointers to avoid burning.

I am sorry to see your rude comment left on such a beautiful blog.
there are some netiquettes you need to learn before commenting with such harsh words.
No cooking site caters to different setting of ovens and kitchen gadgets.
in your case, you should have used your common sense of cooking and kept a good watch on the oven.
She has been most gracious to reply nicely and also alter her post.
But you really need to tone down your language when commenting online!!
