    Pomegranate milkshake

    Pomegranate is a most powerful fruit and provide lot of health benefits including improving immunity, keeping skin younger, prevents from cancer and heart diseases. Its a good option to include this healthy fruit in the form of delicious milkshake. Pomegranate milkshake is a simple milkshake with pomegranates, milk and honey.
    Kids will love this milkshake and it's the best way to include pomegranates in their diet.

    Pomegranate Milkshake Recipe For Toddlers and Kids | Milkshake Recipes

    Healthy and delicious milkshake with pomegranates and honey.

    Ingredients

    • Pomegranates - 2 medium sized
    • Chilled Milk - 200 ml
    • Honey - 2 tbsp

    Instructions

    • Cut the pomegranates vertically and collect the pearls in a bowl. Keep chilled milk and honey ready. Then grind the collected pomegranate pearls in a blender for a minute.
    • After blending, strain the seeds through a strainer and collect the juice in a vessel. Discard the pulp. Now blend the extracted pomegranate juice with milk and honey till smooth.

    Procedure :

    Notes :
    1. Add nuts of your choice if you like nutty flavor.
    2. You can store in refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve if you want more chilled.
