Ladies Finger Fry | Vendakkai Poriyal without Coconut – Ladies finger is introduced to me in my childhood for improving mathematics skills from that time it’s my favorite vegetable and I make this stir fry often. It’s an easy and delicious fry which goes well with sambar or rasam. The perfect Vendakkai poriyal should have the green color and without sticky. When I started cooking, I don’t know how to handle Vendakkai and always end up with a slimy poriyal. Later I found that slow cooking is the key to cook this veggie in a right way.
