Urad Dal ladoo - Healthy, calcium-rich balls made with urad dal powder, sesame seeds, nuts, and palm jaggery. Its a tasty sweet treat for kids with extra health benefits. I used palm jaggery to make this urad dal ladoo as it has a distinctive flavor, which goes well with urad dal. You can also use jaggery instead of palm jaggery.
This urad dal ladoo is a healthy snack and best weight gaining recipe for toddlers and kids. It can be given to kids from one year after introducing each ingredient separately.

Hi Kalyani, you are doing a great job. I always come to your website to look for toddler recipes. You are really saving time for many as we don't have to think much about what to cook for babies !!. I have tried many of your snacks for my baby. All were tasty and healthy. But this time the ladoo has become hard after sometime.
Kalyani
THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK:) Next time, try adding more ghee and check the jaggery syrup consistency. if the syrup is too thick the ladoo will become hard.
