Palm Sugar Powder-  Palm Candy/Panakarkandu/ Tal Mishri is a natural sweetener and a healthy substitute for sugar. Palm sugar is made from the sap of the palm tree,  by boiling the sap until it is reduced to sugar crystals. When can Palm Sugar be introduced to babies?

Palm sugar can be given to babies from 6 months after consulting with your baby's pediatrician. Don't give palm sugar regularly as many pediatricians would not recommend giving any sugar till on year.
