Multigrain Atta Cookies Recipe for Toddlers and Kids

Multigrain Cookies/Multigrain flour Biscuits- easy, crispy, quick and healthy cookie/biscuit recipe made with multigrain flour. Multigrain flour or atta is prepared with a combination of wholesome flours such as wheat, bajra, jowar, ragi, etc. It is mostly used for making chapati/roti, but my little one doesn't like the taste of multigrain roti. Hence I have tried cookies with the multigrain atta. It tasted so awesome, and everyone loved it including my little daughter.

This Multigrain cookie is a healthy snack option for kids instead of the ones made with preservatives and refined flour. You can serve this as a snack or send this to school in a snack box. Also, check more healthy eggless cookie/biscuit recipes for Toddlers and Kids.

Now Let's get on to check how to make multigrain cookies.

    Notes :

    • You can use the same amount of butter instead of ghee.
    • Top it with chopped nuts or chocolate chips for extra taste.
    • Adjust with milk while kneading the dough to reach the soft dough consistency.
    • If the dough is too sticky, adjust with 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
    • The cookies stay well for a week at room temperature if stored in an airtight container.
    • Keep an eye on the oven after 10 minutes of baking and check whether the cookies turned brown at the bottom for completeness.  The cookies may look soft, but after cooling down, the cookies will turn crunchy.
    • Mixing and measurements are most important for perfect cookies.

Adding too much baking soda or baking powder may cause bitterness. Also, use non-aluminum baking powder to avoid bitterness.
