Hi, I read cumin water is effective for baby reflux. Can you confirm the quantity for a 3 month old baby and when is best to give it, for example before, during or after the feed?

Cumin water should be given after the baby turns six months and after introducing basic foods. The quantity should be fed only 2-3 tsp per day at the maximum. Gradually increase the amount to 2-3 tbsp. after feeding it is recommended to give cumin water

        Here are a few suggestions:
        >always keep a water bottle in front of the baby's eyes
        >try with special cup or straw
        >try feeding the water with a spoon
        >dont stop the baby while playing with water so that they can explore
if the baby still doesn't drink water, try the below
        >if you are breastfeeding, give breast milk whenever you feel the baby is thirsty
        > provide fruits and veggies with high water content like watermelon, muskmelon, gourd vegetables, tomato, cucumber, etc
Keep trying, and Gradually the baby drink more water

Hi just curious what is the optional powder for?
Thank you. I haven’t tried the recipe yet but I am planning on it. My son is 3 years old. He started having seizures when he was 2. I read that cumin tea can help reduce them.
