Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoon Palm Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic See notes
Instructions
- Take garlic cloves and roughly mince them in a mortar and pestle. Set this aside for 5 minutes
- Boil milk in a saucepan until frothy
- Lower the flame. Add minced garlic and palm candy. Mix well and boil it further for 5 mins in low flame
- Once the garlic is soft, switch off the flame and serve the milk warm

- Crush the garlic and set aside for about 5 minutes before it is added to milk as it develops garlic's antibacterial properties.
