  • 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 Cup Rice flour
  • 3/4 Cup Crushed jaggery
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Grated Coconut
  • Butter or ghee for making dosa's


  • Measure all the ingredients and keep them ready. In a mixer jar, add in whole wheat flour and rice flour
  • Then add in powdered Jaggery and grated coconut.
  • Now add in cardamom powder. Grind everything to a coarse powder.
  • Heat a dosa tawa, add a ladle of batter to it, and spread it to form a circle. Don't spread too much. Sprinkle ghee or oil.
  • Cook until brown on one side for five minutes and flip the dosa. Cook for a minute and remove from tawa. Repeat the same process for the remaining batter.
