Healthy and delicious milkshake with pomegranates and honey.
- Pomegranates - 2 medium sized
- Chilled Milk - 200 ml
- Honey - 2 tbsp
Cut the pomegranates vertically and collect the pearls in a bowl. Keep chilled milk and honey ready. Then grind the collected pomegranate pearls in a blender for a minute.
After blending, strain the seeds through a strainer and collect the juice in a vessel. Discard the pulp. Now blend the extracted pomegranate juice with milk and honey till smooth.
