Ingredients

  • Dates- 10 de-seeded
  • Banana - 2 small
  • Almonds - 5
  • Boiled cooled Cow's Milk - 1.5 cups

Preparation

  • Soak dates and almonds in warm water for 30 minutes.

Method

  • Peel the skin of almonds and set aside. Peel and slice the bananas, keep it ready. Then take the bananas, dates, peeled almonds, and milk in a juicer/blender.
  • Blend everything till smooth. Pour it in glasses and serve!
