- 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
- ¼ Cup Rice flour
- ¾ Cup Crushed jaggery
- 1 Cup Water
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoon Grated Coconut
- Butter or ghee for making dosa's
Measure all the ingredients and keep them ready. In a mixer jar, add in whole wheat flour and rice flour
Then add in powdered Jaggery and grated coconut.
Now add in cardamom powder. Grind everything to a coarse powder.
Heat a dosa tawa, add a ladle of batter to it, and spread it to form a circle. Don't spread too much. Sprinkle ghee or oil.
Cook until brown on one side for five minutes and flip the dosa. Cook for a minute and remove from tawa. Repeat the same process for the remaining batter.
