Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Palm Jaggery / Karupatti crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  • Boil milk in a saucepan until frothy.
  • Lower the flame. Add palm sugar and dry ginger powder.
  • Add black pepper powder. Mix well and boil the milk in low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the milk and serve!
