- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Palm Jaggery / Karupatti crushed
- ¼ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
Boil milk in a saucepan until frothy.
Lower the flame. Add palm sugar and dry ginger powder.
Add black pepper powder. Mix well and boil the milk in low flame for 5 minutes.
Strain the milk and serve!
