Peanut Sesame Ladoo Recipe for Toddlers and Kids | Peanut Laddu
Peanut sesame ladoo/Peanut sesame Laddu - easy and quick protein and iron packed ladoos with three ingredients sesame, Peanuts/Groundnuts, and Jaggery
- White Sesame Seeds - 1 cup
- Roasted Peanuts- 1/2 cup
- Jaggery - 3/4 cup
- Cardamom - 1
Measure and keep all ingredients ready. Dry roast peanuts in a pan until its hot to touch. Switch off the flame once done and transfer it to a bowl or plate. Cool it down completely.
In the same pan, roast sesame seeds in a medium-low flame until nice aroma comes and it starts spluttering. Remove from the pan once done and set aside.
Blend the roasted peanuts, jaggery, and cardamom to a slightly coarse powder for 5 to 10 seconds.
Add roasted sesame seeds now and Grind it again for few seconds until the everything is well blended.
Transfer everything to a plate or bowl. Break the lumps formed with your hands.
Now start making balls. Store it in an airtight container once done.
