Peanut Butter Banana smoothie- Easy and healthy smoothie for fussy eaters with bananas and peanut butter

  • Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Banana- 2 medium sized
  • Milk -2 cups (boiled and cooled)
  • Brown Sugar/Honey - 2 tsp (optional)
  1. Keep all the ingredients ready. Peel and place the banana in a cutting board and slice them into pieces.
  2. Now transfer the chopped banana slices to the blender along with peanut butter, honey/sugar (if using). Add chilled milk.
  3. Blend everything until smooth. Pour it in glasses and serve.
